Mr. Moss received a law degree from the University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall) and practiced law for more than 30 years as a partner in a law firm in Chicago, where he practiced corporate law and specialized in information-technology transactions. He has provided consulting and legal services to clients in negotiating large-scale outsourcing, development, and systems-integration contracts involving information-technology. He also has extensive experience in negotiating mergers and acquisitions. He has represented clients in both the public sector and the private sector. Mr. Moss also has other interests, such as economics, politics, unpopular music, and sports, and he suffers from a terminal golf-affliction.
